Walking a Wilder Path of the Heart
Hi, I’m Linz…
I am here to listen, guide and lead from the heart

If you’ve spent years being the capable one and you’re finally ready to stop – I know that place. I’ve lived it.
I grew up creative and highly sensitive in a world that didn’t always make space for either. I learned early to shut down my aliveness — to conform, to perform, to get on with it. Underneath a life filled with love, laughter and adventure, a thread of grief and shame had been running through me that I didn’t have words for. But I felt it.
Over the years I gradually reclaimed myself — through meditation, creativity and connection. Yet self-doubt and fear prevented me from fully trusting the changes I deeply longed for.
For many years I lived with one foot in the pressure of corporate leadership and the other in the quiet, deep spaces of meditation, creativity and embodied presence. That tension between external performance and a heart longing for something more meaningful is one I know intimately.
It wasn’t until my body forced me to stop – through burnout and then Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) – that I truly listened. Accepting that I had been stripped of the energy and identity I had relied on, I finally surrendered.
My body became the guide. I approached my recovery like an experiment — methodically observing my internal and external state, applying everything I had gathered across 15 years of practice. The process was nonlinear. It asked for patience and consistency. But by trusting the baby steps, I brought myself back.
This led me to retrain with The Somatic School, UK as an ICF-accredited Body-Orientated Coach. Because I know that real, lasting change begins not in the mind but in the body — in the felt sense.
I know this not because I studied it, but because I lived it.
I am also a trained Creative Arts Practitioner. I believe we are all creative and I use this as a practice for getting underneath the performance — to cultivate presence and self-trust. This is permission to express freely without needing to be good, polished, perfect or presentable.
The people I work with now are often standing exactly where I once stood. Capable, sensitive, high-achieving, exhausted — and ready to live a life that feels like their own.
And I know how to meet you there.
My Learning Path
My personal growth journey spans more than 25 years. What you see is what you get with me – I won’t pretend I have it all figured out.
Some things about me that have shaped my work:
I was born to do this work
In Human Design I’m a Projector – here to guide. My unique blueprint and life’s work is to listen deeply, see patterns and lead from the heart. This is my design – not just my training.
I bring both a strategic mind and an embodied heart
I was a scientist for 15 years. I think logically and I feel deeply. I honour the intelligence of both the body and the mind and I bring both into this work.
I am trained to look beneath the surface
Across over two decades I built careers around observation, asking deeper questions and finding root causes. As a coach that same instinct shapes everything.
I know the power of presence
I am an experienced meditator. I created and delivered a successful mindfulness programme in the corporate workplace. Presence is woven into everything we do together.
I know what it feels like to be on a treadmill you can’t get off
Showing up, performing, holding it all together while running on empty. That’s why in our sessions you don’t need to perform or hold anything together. This is the one place you can just stop.
I understand the grip of unhealthy coping strategies
In 2016 I made the best and hardest decision of my life — to embrace sobriety. I know how scary it is to feel it all without numbing. You will never be judged here for how you have coped.
I have lived the body’s capacity to heal
I navigated burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and found my way back. I know how hard it is when your body is struggling and the world expects you to keep going anyway. You don’t need to explain.
I am endlessly curious and I make no apology for it
Jewellery making to intuitive art. Lab science to energy healing. Kundalini yoga to Human Design. I follow what lights me up. What this means for you — a wide lens and someone who will never find you too complex, too contradictory or too much.
I know the vulnerability of being truly seen
I reconnected with my creativity after years of suppressing it and exhibited my work publicly as an intuitive artist. It was through that process I discovered I was already working somatically — the body was always leading. That understanding is now at the heart of how I work.
In 2024 everything converged
I took voluntary redundancy and committed fully to retraining as a Somatic Coach and a Creative Arts Practitioner. Everything I had lived, learned and survived brought me here. This isn’t a career change, it’s a calling.
If something in you is resonating – that’s worth following.
